You'll be part of a supportive and innovative team that values collaboration and creativity. You'll have the flexibility of working remotely, with variable hours to cover events around the world and help ensure smooth live operations across a 24-hour schedule. You'll work closely with exciting sports clients and content, gaining unique experience in a fast-moving live environment. This role will provide you with the opportunity to: - Execute live content operations for clients, ensuring content is published accurately and on time. - Manage detail-heavy, repeatable workflows with consistency and a high standard of quality. - Monitor live content activity and respond quickly to issues, deadlines, and changing priorities during events. - Use judgement to resolve routine operational issues independently, escalating when needed and with clear context. - Maintain strong quality control across client content and live workflows. - Work across internal tools and systems to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. - Support the delivery of a reliable, high-quality experience for clients and end users. - Embrace AI-first ways of working, showing curiosity about new tools and a willingness to adopt better, faster ways of operating. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and make day-to-day operations more effective.
