Summary We are currently expanding our client support team and inviting applications for a Client Success Travel Advisor position. In this role, you will assist travelers as they organize upcoming leisure trips by helping coordinate itinerary details, reviewing destination possibilities, and ensuring a smooth planning experience from initial inquiry through final confirmation. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy relationship-focused work, supporting clients through step-by-step planning activities, and learning about destinations such as resorts, cruises, guided tours, and international vacations while working in a flexible remote environment. Training resources and continued guidance are provided. Responsibilities - Support clients with arranging vacation components including accommodations, cruises, and excursions - Review traveler preferences to help identify destination that aligned with the clients interests - Provide helpful planning suggestions that support itinerary decisions - Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone - Coordinate reservation confirmations with approved travel supplier partners - Keep itinerary records accurate within internal planning systems - Stay informed about destination highlights, seasonal promotions, and supplier updates - Assist travelers throughout multiple stages of their trip preparation timeline Key Qualifications - Interest in client success support within a travel planning environment - Ability to stay organized while managing several planning requests - Comfortable working independently in a remote workspace - Familiarity with basic computer tools and web-based platforms - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region Perks - Flexible remote scheduling structure designed for work-life balance - Step-by-step onboarding with ongoing mentorship support - Access to supplier partnerships - Eligibility for travel-related incentives - Opportunities to grow into expanded advisory or client success responsibilities
