• Source and engage talent across targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and whatever else works. • Build and manage pipelines for multiple active searches with clear headcount targets. • Run structured first-round screens to assess motivation, fit, and alignment with Solace's values. • Keep pipelines clean in our ATS (Ashby). • Deliver sharp candidate summaries that give hiring managers what they need to make fast decisions. • Partner with the recruiting team to refine search strategies and improve what isn't working.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, agency background strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch — not inherit warm lists, but go find people and make them interested.
  • Skilled in Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative search techniques.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • High agency. Once the frameworks are clear, you run. You own your outcomes and flag blockers early — you don't wait to be managed through the process.
