We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of QCSS Health’s product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle through configuration, launch, and post-implementation optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product and healthcare industry. QCSS Health offers an exciting opportunity to support health care insurers and providers in improving health care outcomes for vulnerable populations. Our solutions positively impact over a quarter million health plan members. Responsibilities • Own the product strategy and roadmap for implementing QCSS Health solutions in new markets and for new customers within existing markets. • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing MLTSS healthcare products. • Partner closely with sales, implementation, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful, on-time deployments that meet customer and regulatory requirements. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing healthcare products. • Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience. • Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs. • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product configuration across markets and customers. • Develop detailed product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery. • Work to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. • Work closely with leadership and other departments to align product strategies with overall company objectives. Qualifications And Experience • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and take on new responsibilities Location/Travel • Position is available remotely • QCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MA • Travel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person events and periodic in-person company meetings Hiring Process • The initial screen will be a 30-minute call • The first interview will be a 60-minute video call • The final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video call • The final step of the process will be a reference check Background Checks/Federal HealthCare Program Exclusion Lists Screening Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check. In this role, you will implement a statewide organizing strategy that prioritizes communities facing the greatest barriers to voting, recruits new health professionals and institutional partners, connects them to Vot-ER programs, and mobilizes them to bring nonpartisan civic engagement into their workplaces and communities.
