Senior FP&A Analyst

• Own the company-wide annual budget process and rolling monthly and quarterly forecasts • Partner with department heads to build bottoms-up budgets and maintain accountability against plan • Build and maintain a driver-based operating model that links headcount, marketing spend, trader volume, and payouts to financial outcomes • Run monthly budget vs actual reviews, surface variances, and identify corrective actions • Partner with the CFO/COO and the People team to design, model, and maintain company-wide bonus and incentive plans • Build the financial modeling that underpins bonus pool sizing, payout mechanics, and company performance targets • Track accruals and provide quarterly visibility into expected payouts against plan • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the CFO/COO, CEO, and the board • Translate financial data into clear narratives, KPIs, and executive dashboards • Build and maintain the company scorecard, tracking performance across growth, profitability, and operational KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance experience, with at least part of that experience in an operating company
  • Prior experience working at a high-growth startup or scale-up, where you operated with ambiguity, wore multiple hats, and helped build finance processes from the ground up
  • Proven track record building and owning complex financial models from scratch
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
  • Experience with unit economics, LTV/CAC analysis, and cohort analytics
  • Exposure to bonus, commission, or incentive plan design
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance executives
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets
  • Self-starter with a high ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.
