Project Manager43 days ago

Role Description Automus Consulting builds AI-native products on Oracle Fusion and OCI — and we're growing fast. We need a Project Manager who can keep complex, multistakeholder delivery moving: organized, clear-headed, and comfortable in ambiguity. You'll own sprint ceremonies, backlog hygiene, and delivery timelines across our product portfolio. You'll work directly with functional consultants, developers, and client teams — so being a people person matters as much as being a process person. - Run agile ceremonies — standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews - Own Jira: backlog grooming, ticket quality, sprint velocity tracking - Coordinate cross-functional delivery across dev and functional streams - Surface risks early and drive decisions to resolution — no inbox management - Produce clear status communications for internal leadership and client stakeholders Qualifications - 2+ years of project management experience in an agile environment - Hands-on Jira proficiency — boards, epics, reports, the works - Strong written and verbal communication; you make complexity legible - Comfort managing parallel workstreams without losing the thread - Oracle Fusion experience (ERP, SCM, or adjacent) is a plus - Consulting or professional services background is a plus Requirements - Remote from home location in the United States - Ability to travel nationwide up to 20% to client site Benefits - We're a 300-person Oracle Fusion implementation firm doing genuinely interesting AI work — not slide-deck AI, but deployed agents running in production for clients in CPG, food manufacturing, and aerospace & defense. - You'll be close to the product, close to the client, and close to leadership. - We move fast and we don't hide the ball.
