Customer Success Consultant

EverCommerce

• Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions. • Assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and on-site as required. • Write SQL and .NET code and custom SSRS reports. • Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts. • Communicate statuses, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3 years of relevant experience as Software Consultant/Developer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
  • Proficiency in .NET and/or web programming languages, HTML5, and Visual Studio
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, preferably in CRM/ERP related projects
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft CRM, Financial Applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Control), Case Management, Help Desk, Field Service Systems or Job Costing Software.
  • Solid experience in Business Process Analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, and strong teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Willing and able to travel within North America to carry out projects (up to 25%)

Role Description We have an exciting new role for a Customer Business Manager to oversee our Albertson’s regional business along with independent grocers. We are seeking a Customer Business Manager with experience across Albertsons and regional grocery accounts. The ideal candidate will drive regional business growth across the GPN portfolio, including Think!, Optimum Nutrition, Isopure, and Amazing Grass.
