Typically interfaces with data sources to negotiate file specifications, implementation timelines, testing and data integration. May have to manage relationships and escalations with key data resources/teams. Position Qualifications/Essential Functions: - Defining and driving complex projects by taking end to end ownership. - Facilitating a clean hand-off from Sales to Implementation. - Managing stakeholder communication across multiple business teams on project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc. - Finding and evaluating potential risks/obstacles with minimal direction (deciding proper corrective action) and communicating them effectively across all stakeholders. - Supporting critical relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors. - Find and document all scope and requirements, working closely with our Facilities, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Information Technologies, and People Strategy teams. - Manage project scope and execute change control when added requests for features or functionality are made. - Work with cross disciplinary team members to confirm project assumptions and review individual project plans with senior leadership. - Develop the project plan and provide status reports with regular updates to leadership and executive team. - Managing the on-site discovery and go-live visits to ensure that the proper issues are being addressed. - Confidently align, influence, lead, motivate and drive progress within the organization, with our clients and vendors. - Shares best practices with other members of the Implementation team as a way of improving upon the collective development of core project team members and colleagues. Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of project management, consulting, health planning, and/or business analysis experience. - Certification in Lean methodologies and agile project management is preferred. - Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws/regulations applicable to healthcare, including Joint Commission, CMS, and HIPPA. - Proficient and knowledgeable of various agile project management tools. Additional/Preferred Qualifications:- 3+ years of project management, consulting, health planning, and/or business analysis experience. - Certification in Lean methodologies and agile project management is preferred.
