Taconic Biosciences A/S is looking for a commercially driven Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow complex client accounts in the Nordic region and UK while achieving revenue targets. In this role, you will build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and drive solution selling of Taconic’s portfolio, aligning our models and services with customer research needs. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic account plans and ensuring long-term customer success. You will also contribute to the continued development of Taconic’s CRO-related business, building insights into the CRO landscape and strengthening relationships with relevant partners. Success in this position requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to navigate complex customer environments, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions. This is a remote position, and you will report to the Associate Director Sales in the United States, working closely with both local and international colleagues. Key Responsibilities - Achieve revenue targets and quotas aligned with the Annual Operating Plan - Manage and grow complex accounts, increasing share of wallet - Identify, develop, and close opportunities within existing client portfolios - Develop a strong understanding of the CRO business, including strategies, markets, and competitive landscape - Build relationships at senior levels across CRO partners - Craft customer-focused strategies that create value for CRO partners and their customers - Drive solution selling of Taconic’s models and services - Align Taconic’s offerings with customer research needs and objectives - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including scientific partners - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems - Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions We expect you to bring - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Experience in account management or sales within CRO, life sciences, or preclinical research - Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive solution-based sales processes - Understanding of how Taconic’s models and services support customer research - Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes - Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language Why Join Us? We are looking for a senior, hands-on Data Architect with applied analytics capability to design and operationalize enterprise-grade data and reporting framework supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance within the Animal Welfare and Integrity office. This role serves as the sole data and analytics practitioner for the function, responsible for integrating fragmented quality and compliance data, enabling risk-based decision-making, and automating audit-ready workflows supporting Quality, Compliance, Animal Welfare, Biosecurity, and Genetic Integrity programs. This position operates at the intersection of regulatory compliance, quality & animal welfare assurance, risk governance, and enterprise data strategy.
