• Utilize Epic EHR data sources (Clarity, Caboodle, and related reporting environments) to build scalable analytics and AI-ready datasets that support clinical quality improvement, operational performance, and population health initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives. • Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights. • Leverage Databricks AI and Databricks Agent to automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making. • Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly and effectively. • Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to ensure proper data access and governance. • Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies for improved business outcomes.

This is a mid-level analyst role focused on maintenance and support activities rather than strategic analytics design or advanced engineering work. The primary purpose of the role is to help the team stay out of the operational weeds by providing reliable analytical and reporting support. You will work within established data pipelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
