Senior Data Analyst – Program and Project Management

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc.

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in SAP, including but not limited to materials, customers, vendors, and BOMs • Follow all internal SOPs and work instructions to ensure compliance with GxPs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and resolve data-related issues • Generate system reports to inform leadership metrics and decision-making • Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure data integrity and consistency • Support data migration and cleansing activities during system upgrades or implementations • Document data management processes and maintain accurate records of changes for audit readiness • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and process efficiency • Provide training and support to end-users on master data processes and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience managing SAP master data in a regulated (GxP) environment
  • Strong knowledge of GxP principles, data integrity requirements, and enterprise data governance
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution
  • Experience with Veeva or other Quality Management Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; experience with data validation and reporting preferred
  • BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
