Role Description As a Custom Jewelry Gem Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our gem sourcing process, in charge of finding the perfect stone for each customer. You'll be our behind-the-scenes expert, assisting our customer-facing teams with all things related to gems. In this role, you'll be evaluated primarily on your ability to select stones that fit the customer's budget & preferences while meeting our high-quality standard. You'll need to utilize gem knowledge, creative thinking, and independent decision-making in order to select the best stones for each customer.
