Duties & Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Leadership - Act as the clinical subject matter expert during pilot implementations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. - Educate, mentor, and empower clinical teams on device use, workflow integration, and best practices. - Observe and analyze clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities and reinforce compliance. - Translate clinical performance and adoption data into value-based business narratives that support purchasing decisions. Strategic Partnership & Execution - Collaborate with Sales and Enablement to develop and deliver high-impact presentations, pilot strategies, expansion strategies and executive-level insights. - Support commercial conversion by linking clinical success metrics to hospital and system-level business objectives. - Serve as the clinical escalation point, managing challenges with professionalism and solution-oriented agility. - Guide customer teams through change management to ensure seamless adoption and sustained engagement. Data-Driven Impact - Leverage dashboards and outcome reports to track utilization, compliance, and pilot performance. - Interpret and communicate findings through compelling clinical and financial storytelling. - Partner with internal teams to continuously refine pilot frameworks and success metrics.
