Inbound Sales Development Representative

• Follow up on Inbound Leads- Within 5 minutes of a lead coming into our system the inbound SDR will reach out to the prospect to qualify their needs and schedule time with an Account Executive. On average the Inbound SDR will be making 80-100 dials and sending 50-100 emails. • Engage with Prospects: Use Outreach sequences, phone calls, personalized emails, and other methods such as LinkedIn to establish rapport, answer any questions, and move prospects forward in the sales funnel. • Qualify Leads: Assess inbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability for sales conversations and pipeline development. • Schedule Demos/Meetings: Book initial meetings or product demonstrations with qualified prospects for Account Executives. • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all qualified leads are passed along smoothly and with the appropriate context to increase conversion rates. • Maintain CRM Updates: Accurately track all lead interactions, updates, and status changes in salesforce to ensure clear communication and reporting. • Handle Objections: Address common objections and queries from prospects, guiding them toward the next steps in the sales process. • Provide Feedback: Share insights and feedback with the marketing team about lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales and/or customer facing activities in a fast-paced environment.

- Tools: Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Outreach or a similar sales enablement platform
- MS Office Suite, especially Outlook
