• Design and implement cross-product integration solutions across SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows • Build, test, deploy, and operate services end-to-end across the platform • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation on AWS • Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes-based orchestration • Develop features and automation using Python and C# • Ensure operational excellence by delivering highly available and scalable systems with monitoring, alerting, and incident response • Manage Work Order processes for onboarding internal applications and external customer identity providers • Own the full lifecycle of services including development, deployment, and production operations • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and integration across systems • Leverage AI code assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf) to enhance development efficiency

• Support the development and maintenance of corporate quality management system and quality policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards • Assist in the implementation of standardized supplier quality processes across Lines of Business and programs • Support corporate-level implementation initiatives for quality management processes including supplier approval, performance monitoring, and surveillance activities • Support the validation of corporate and supplier QMS certifications (ISO9001, AS9100) and maintain corporate supplier approval records • Support the development and maintenance of corporate-level quality performance metrics, KPIs and trend analyses across Lines of Business and programs • Facilitate communication and information sharing between Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management regarding quality initiatives and supplier quality improvement • Support corporate-level internal audits and Corrective Action logs, Risk logs, and Action Trackers related to Delivery+, quality management and supplier quality processes. • Support the identification and evaluation of lessons learned, best practices and opportunities for improvement in corporate quality processes and knowledge management. • Support the development, maintenance and delivery of training materials and curricula for quality processes, corporate requirements to Line of Business functional and program personnel

Job Summary The Power Distribution Engineer will work on electric utility aerial and underground distribution design projects and be responsible for field surveying, traffic control, field notes and sketches. Project types will include design of aerial and underground electric network distribution lines. Will work under the supervision of a senior designer and/or engineer. *Position would be fully remote, but field may be required; ideally be 2 hours or less from Richmond, Virginia* Responsibilities - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and drafters to deliver the most cost effective and highest quality infrastructure solutions. - Coordinate design/review of distribution projects for a utility, including preparation and review of bill of materials, clearance requests, permit applications, and equipment and labor units. - Perform field inspections and evaluations of distribution electrical systems. - Produce detailed design documentation including utility design system, line layout/routing, overhead and underground distribution, and identification of conflicting utilities. - Contributes to and implements design modifications to improve quality of projects and process improvements. - Apply design standards to underground and aerial pole line, including: Pole Replacement, Primary Service, and Reliability/Maintenance Design. Qualifications Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent related experience with the design of electrical distribution systems. - 1-5 years of experience in the Power Distribution industry. - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook required. - Must have a current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for up to the past 5 years. Preferred - Familiarity with electrical standards including National Electric Code (NEC) and National Electric Safety Code (NESC) preferred. - Experience with AUD, SpidaCalc, eWam, and Dominion Energy Design standards extremely preferred. • Design and implement LLM-powered features into our core application via model APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere), with a focus on reliability and production-readiness • Architect and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, connecting language models to internal knowledge bases, databases, and live data sources • Manage context window strategy, determining what information enters the model, when, in what format, and at what level of compression to optimise for accuracy, cost, and latency • Design and implement agentic workflows enabling the platform to handle multi-step, autonomous tasks • Build guardrail and output validation layers that constrain model behaviour and ensure AI features act within well-defined, compliant boundaries • Develop reusable agent primitives, prompt templates, and workflow components that other engineers can build on independently • Build evaluation frameworks to measure context effectiveness, output quality, and agent reliability in production • Monitor deployed AI systems for failure patterns and implement mitigation strategies, feeding learnings back into continuous improvement cycles • Collaborate with Product, Product Engineering, Implementation, and Data teams to translate business requirements, and proof of concepts into production AI system specifications • Act as an internal practitioner and resource helping upskill the broader engineering team on context engineering principles and agentic best practices
