Salesforce Consultant
Ryz Labs
• Support discovery sessions and requirements gathering with clients. • Assist with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), and solution design. • Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements. • Collaborate with the delivery team to configure, test, and deploy solutions. • Help develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements. • Participate in client-facing meetings and contribute to solution demos. • Support 'build vs. buy' analysis for third-party integrations when needed.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of Salesforce Consultant experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce core data model, security model, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments.
- Ability to manage your own time effectively in a part-time, flexible setup.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a fast-paced consulting team.
- Light Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC) — helpful but not required.
- Exposure to Agentforce or other AI-powered Salesforce features.
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
