Salesforce Consultant

Software Mind

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders. • Create user stories, use cases, and process maps. • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design solutions. • Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT, SIT) and support deployment. • Lead workshops and training sessions for end users. • Prepare business and system documentation. • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements

Job Requirements

  • Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills.
  • 6+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform.
  • Driving complex projects and end to end ownership.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
  • Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
