Job Description Responsibilities - Respond to claims notices received from the Call Center or other sources. - Identify all policies held by the insured within multiple company admin systems. - Prepare new claim file in AWD system with information for the Examiner who will pay/deny the claim. - Monitor for requested information and send follow up letters on pending claims as needed. - Mail claim forms and correspondence to beneficiary or representative. - Handle escheat prep or other actions as needed. - Track production numbers.
