Senior Modern Endpoint Engineer, Intune, Autopilot

• Conduct targeted assessments of client Intune tenant configurations • Review and validate client identity models • Design Windows Autopilot deployment profiles • Define Enrollment Status Page behavior and compliance policy frameworks • Configure application deployment within Intune • Execute pilot deployments and validate PKI integration • Deliver structured knowledge transfer sessions • Produce high-level as-built documentation of configurations • Coordinate with client IT teams and device vendors

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint management
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Intune and Windows Autopilot deployment experience in enterprise environments
  • Deep working knowledge of Windows Autopilot Gen2 deployment profiles
  • Proven experience configuring Enrollment Status Pages and compliance policies within Microsoft Intune
  • Hands-on experience with PKI integration in Intune environments
  • Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to serve as the permanent technical lead and quality gate for our Claims Intelligence Platform build. The team consists of five strong domain experts who know healthcare claims deeply, building features in parallel using AI-assisted development tools. Your job is to ensure that every feature that ships is correct, secure, and architecturally sound. - Own the application infrastructure: repricing validation suite, multi-tenant data isolation tests, and state machine coverage. - Write certain core component logic by hand, ensuring it is deterministic, auditable, and correct. - Review every pull request touching financial logic, data access patterns, or module boundaries. - Triage and unblock the team when architectural decisions cannot be resolved at the workstream level. - Take full technical authority with the CTO as your escalation path for decisions with broad business impact. Qualifications - 7–10 years in full-stack engineering, with meaningful time as the most senior engineer on a team. - Technical depth in Python and PostgreSQL, understanding async patterns, database-level security, and migration discipline. - Full-stack capability to review a React pull request and identify structural problems and data exposure risks. - Understanding of the nuances of working with sensitive data (HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI) and prioritizing audit trails and data access controls. - Comfortable governing teams using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code to maintain high quality at a fast pace. - Healthcare or fintech background is a genuine advantage.
