Overview: Franchise Services is a Global team, looking for an analyst to support critical data and analytical capabilities that drive several Franchise Services programs and functions, including (but not limited to):• Franchise analytical support o Support the data and analytical needs of the Franchise organization to optimize customer performance, drive revenue, identify Mastercard product and service opportunities and support oversight programs that secure the payments network• Franchise Management Program (FMP) expansion o Customer operational metrics, benchmarking, and candidate selection for performance optimization• Service Provider Risk Management Program (SPRMP) strategy o Analysis of internal customer and service provider data and activity to risk manage the service provider ecosystem and prioritize high risk candidates for remote / onsite reviews• Value Quantification and Referrals strategy o Quantification and reporting on the value of Franchise Services Programs o Quantification and reporting on the value of Program Referrals to other partners and stakeholders within the organization Role / Responsibilities: • Performs routine analysis of team metrics and data for use in performance reporting and business improvement initiatives• Successfully and independently resolves complex requests or issues by using non-routine analysis or solutions• Provides general team analytical support, including handling of Ad-hoc requests from other teams in Franchise, and management, development and delivery of production and self-service style reports• Reviews customer and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and implement process and reporting enhancements• Supports successful management of FMP and SPRMP, while developing in-depth expertise in those areas• Assists with the expansion of FMP Remote Reviews, including creation of new modules and content in Qualtrics system• Maintains strong understanding of service provider operational practices, products, services, innovations, standards, and best practice• Looks for complementary products, services, and solutions to enhance Remote Referrals process Core Competencies: • Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering the highest quality results and recommendations to our clients.• Analytic Excellence: Demonstrates a strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills.• Project Management: Clear interest in project delivery with business clients, and intuition for the way that companies make decisions.• Communication and Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Teamwork: Willingness to work within small teams to produce outstanding deliverables, with a will to win attitude.• Integrity: Commitment to Mastercard's values of honesty and integrity with a willingness to embrace and learn from our mistakes.• Diverse Perspective: Brings a unique skillset or approach to the table in every client engagement or internal activity. You will play a key role in improving freight efficiency, increasing cost visibility, and supporting operational decision-making. In addition to analytical work, the logistics analyst will help coordinate inbound shipments from factory partners, warehouses and decoration/embroidery partners, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
