• Design and implement the orchestration layer using AgentCore Runtime • Define agent architecture (primary and sub-agents), A2A patterns, and routing strategies • Implement fallback logic, handoff to Zendesk, and context management • Configure guardrails, prompt filtering, output moderation, and PII handling • Lead technical decisions on LLM selection and integration with Amazon Bedrock • Review code, mentor junior engineers, and ensure architectural quality

• Support the design and evolution of scalable, secure cloud architectures; • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to promote efficiency in deliveries; • Monitor environments and participate in incident identification and resolution; • Contribute to security practices (access management, identities and encryption); • Support the definition and tracking of reliability indicators (SLIs/SLOs); • Automate operational routines and processes to increase the team's efficiency; • Implement and improve observability practices (monitoring, metrics and logs); • Contribute to cloud cost optimization initiatives (FinOps); • Work in partnership with engineering teams, supporting infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
