Role Description Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. The candidate will use technical expertise on IT products and will work with developers, end users, and organizations to: - Create test plans and test scripts. - Coordinate with test sites and other team participants to plan test events. - Develop testing procedures, test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests. - Implement the testing processes and ensure all test activities follow those processes. - Produce reports on each test activity and track test metrics. - Monitor for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically. Role Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. - Execute manual and automation test cases for the application suite, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. - Perform thorough defect identification, documentation, and tracking through the complete resolution lifecycle, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity classification. - Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, daily standups, and test case peer reviews. - Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test coverage, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Develop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverage (preferred). - Support Deg and QA/UAT validation testing during release cycles. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices.
