Director Engagement Manager

Coupa Software

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations • Lead implementation from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to Coupa methodologies • Manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving resolution and keeping projects on track (“path to green”) • Oversee financial performance across projects, including forecasting, contract compliance, and KPI achievement • Act as executive sponsor across a portfolio of engagements, supporting stakeholders, guiding strategy, and ensuring overall delivery success

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting (internal IT, consulting firm, or software provider), with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles
  • Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning, tracking, and working with executive/C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive clear insights
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, with strong prioritization and professionalism
  • Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday); Business Spend Management experience is a plus

Role Description The Regional Director of Nursing is responsible for daily and strategic management of those branches within his/her designated region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Nursing operations - Education and competency - Staffing and scheduling - Labor costs - Clinical care - Quality improvement The Regional Director of Nursing collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services for Nursing, the Pharmacy Directors, and the Regional Director of Operations in the designated region. Flexibility to travel within the region as needed to provide nursing program support and supervision, at a minimum, visiting each location once a quarter.
