• Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. • Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions. • Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. • Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships. • Provide basic product information and respond to initial customer inquiries. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot). • Collaborate closely with sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. • Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape.

Job Description Summary The Senior Events Manager will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of congresses, events, internal sales meetings, and speaker programs, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives. This role will serve as a key link between events, marketing and sales, as well as legal/compliance, ensuring seamless collaboration to maximize the impact of each event. The Senior Events Manager will drive event strategy to enhance brand presence, educate stakeholders, and generate business opportunities in the pharmaceutical diagnostics radiotracer space. Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Event Integration: Develop and execute an event strategy aligned with the broader marketing plan, product launches, and brand objectives. Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure events are an integral part of campaigns and market penetration efforts. Regularly evaluate event opportunities to prioritize those that align with key business goals. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate KOL engagement, brand initiatives, and overall organizational goals into event strategies. The Radiopharmaceutical business participates in large national events, regional events, and has a growing speaker bureau program. - Leadership and Team Development: Work collaboratively within the events team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability for deliverables. Build strong partnerships with external vendors and industry associations to maximize event opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in event planning and execution processes. - Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Lead partnership with external vendors, event organizers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production and smooth execution of marketing activities. Manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables with partners. - Budget Management: Lead budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans. - Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track the performance of events and marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to improve future initiatives. The role focuses on providing exercise programming, as well as helping patients navigate through the program through goal setting, progression tracking, and providing education and guidance on heart-healthy lifestyles. The Remote Exercise Physiologist will also support patients in managing their recovery post-cardiac event. The Remote Exercise Physiologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, exercise physiologists, and dietitians to provide comprehensive care for patients in various stages of recovery.
