Your Expertise & Profile - Technical Skills (Must-Have): Proficiency in handling Google Ad Server (Google Ad Manager) is a strict requirement. You must be able to hit the ground running with ad setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. Education, Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Engineering, or Information Technology; Master’s preferred. - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in marina or waterfront construction. - Proven experience in IT system implementation, particularly in infrastructure, automation, or facility management contexts. - Strong understanding of marine infrastructure, dredging, piling, floating systems, and coastal permitting processes. - Excellent knowledge of PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile). - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and IT systems (e.g., SCADA, IoT, ERP). - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
