Freelance Digital Campaign and Project Manager (Remote) Client: OneFootball Location: 100% Remote (Within European/CET Timezones) Contract Type: Freelance Project Duration: Immediate start through the end of August Availability: Daily availability with agreed-upon core hours; occasional weekend/night shifts may be necessary Project Overview We are looking for an independent Digital Campaign and Project Manager to partner with us on a freelance basis. In this capacity, you will provide expert support in ensuring seamless campaign execution, overseeing project delivery from end to end, and managing and strengthening client relationships. As an external expert, you will deliver high-quality service and act as a crucial liaison between our clients and our internal teams, helping us meet and exceed client expectations within a dynamic digital media landscape. Scope of Services & Project Demands As a freelancer, you will be responsible for the following deliverables and services: - Campaign Execution & Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of specific client campaigns and projects, encompassing setup, optimization, and performance reporting. - Client Relationship Management: Independently manage and nurture relationships with blue-chip advertisers and agencies across various industries to foster growth and campaign success. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Liaise effectively with our internal departments (Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsroom, and Finance) to ensure your campaigns are executed seamlessly. - Process Optimization: Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Keynote) to drive campaign success and provide external recommendations for process efficiency. - Availability & Core Hours: Due to the fast-paced nature of these campaigns, regular daily availability throughout the standard working week is a must. To ensure prompt responses to client requests and seamless cross-functional communication, we will mutually define and agree upon core hours for your availability. Additionally, project milestones or live events may occasionally require weekend work. Your Expertise & Profile - Technical Skills (Must-Have): Proficiency in handling Google Ad Server (Google Ad Manager) is a strict requirement. You must be able to hit the ground running with ad setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. We are also looking for proficiency in handling paid social campaigns via Meta Ads. - Professional Background: Proven track record working as an independent freelancer or external campaign and project manager in media advertising, ad operations, or account management. - Industry Knowledge: A keen understanding of the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy and solution-oriented mindset. - Communication: Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages (especially German, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a strong plus. - Legal Status: Must be a registered freelancer or operate via your own registered business entity (B2B) within a European jurisdiction.
