Great fit for: Recruiting • BDC reps • Customer success • Sales support • HR coordinators • High-volume outreach roles About the Role We are expanding our Buyer Recruitment Team and looking for a motivated, organized, and people oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-communication environment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for vehicle acquisition roles across multiple markets. You’ll manage a high volume of conversations, coordinate interviews, and help ensure we are placing top-tier talent with our dealership partners.
