Job Requirements
- Life science graduate preferred
- PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or MD/DO strongly preferred
- Candidates with pertinent industry-related experience and/or post-graduate specialty/residency are desirable
- Demonstrates strong English oral and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of medical information experience preferred
- Demonstrates effective relationship management and customer orientation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e., Microsoft office)
- High level of Proficiency in both written and spoken English required (C2 or Native Speaker)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Medical Writing experience advantageous
- Ability to interpret and relay technical information
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills

To help lead that charge, we’re looking for a UGC Creator Coordinator — a creative thinker, project manager, and social media native all in one. About the Role The Creator Coordinator is the engine that keeps our creator pipeline running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators to produce content for paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with our UGC Creative Strategist and internal project managers to ensure every creator knows what to do, delivers on time, and gets paid correctly. Key Responsibilities Creator Sourcing & Outreach - Identify and vet potential creators across TikTok and Instagram who align with client brand goals and creative briefs. - Conduct outreach, manage communications, and maintain creator pipelines. - Use tools like IMAI, Trend, or internal databases to find and organize creators. - Track creator availability, rates, and performance history. About This Role The Learning Services Specialist (Training Admin) provides high-quality support for the Learning Services team by managing requests in the Learning Management System (LMS). This role also handles troubleshooting, reporting, and client consultation requests. In addition, the Learning Services Specialist supports GxP-related systems across clinical, biometrics, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, manufacturing, and quality assurance functional areas. This position reports to Supervisor, Learning Services, and supports a functionally aligned pillar within learning operations. This individual should have the ability to work eastern standard hours. What You’ll Do - Perform LMS Administration tasks, including: - Creating Instructor Led and On the Job Trainings in the LMS - Building and maintaining complex Curricula and Programs - Editing and revising items, curricula, programs as needed - Creating and managing learner roles and direct assignments - Managing records and learning history - Pulling reports as needed - Providing audit support as needed - Act as the initial point of contact for learners by answering inquiries and providing immediate resolution or escalating as appropriate. - Respond to and troubleshoot inquiries training course-related issues. - Collaborate with the Senior Learning Services Specialists to resolve learner issues in a thorough and timely manner - Support continuous improvement initiatives for ticket processing activities and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary. - Facilitate shadowing sessions with new hires Who You Are You are a service-oriented individual experienced with LMS administration, customer service or case management.
