About Us Fat Earth Media is a creative performance marketing agency focused on driving meaningful impact for brands of purpose. We believe bold ideas and authentic storytelling can make a real impact. Our team thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and results. We don’t do “just enough” — we go all in. We’re building a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) studio within Fat Earth to harness the power of creators and platform-native content for performance-driven campaigns. To help lead that charge, we’re looking for a UGC Creator Coordinator — a creative thinker, project manager, and social media native all in one. About the Role The Creator Coordinator is the engine that keeps our creator pipeline running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators to produce content for paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with our UGC Creative Strategist and internal project managers to ensure every creator knows what to do, delivers on time, and gets paid correctly. This role is ideal for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys communicating with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Creator Sourcing & Outreach - Identify and vet potential creators across TikTok and Instagram who align with client brand goals and creative briefs. - Conduct outreach, manage communications, and maintain creator pipelines. - Use tools like IMAI, Trend, or internal databases to find and organize creators. - Track creator availability, rates, and performance history. Project Coordination - Manage timelines, deliverables, and assets for multiple creator projects simultaneously. - Ensure creators receive clear briefs, guidelines, and reference examples. - Track progress from outreach → brief → submission → review → payment. - Coordinate reshoots or revisions when needed. - Maintain up-to-date records in ClickUp and our Creator Roster. Communication & Relationship Management - Serve as the main point of contact for creators throughout production. - Relay creative feedback from Fat Earth’s strategists and clients. - Build strong, positive relationships with creators for ongoing collaborations. Payments & Administration - Ensure creators are properly contracted and compliant with Fat Earth policies. - Track invoices, payment schedules, and budget allocations. - Collaborate with internal finance or operations teams to process payments efficiently. Qualifications - 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing coordination, project management, or similar digital role. - Exceptional organization and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and tracking many moving parts. - Proficient with workflow tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack. - Familiarity with UGC and social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, Instagram). - A proactive problem solver who can work independently in a remote environment.
