About the Job CardioOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and scale a high-performing backend and DevOps engineering team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable software systems that power our innovative virtual care platform. As a seasoned technical leader, you’ll be responsible for setting engineering best practices, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring developers. This is a role with hands-on involvement in shaping product delivery, technical execution, and team growth as the company scales and will grow into a leadership position as the organization scales. You will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering.
