Workforce Development Lead Remote - Merritt Island, FL The Workforce Development Lead is responsible for advancing the development of NASA’s technical workforce in support of the Academy of Program/Project & Engineering Leadership (APPEL) Knowledge Services Program under the Technical Workforce Education and Expertise Development Services (TWEEDS) contract. This role integrates curriculum, program delivery, and customer engagement to ensure workforce development efforts are aligned with NASA’s competency models and evolving mission needs. Development programs, courses, and experiential learning activities are key components of this broader responsibility.
