Manager, Value Analysis
Premier Inc.
• Assess product function and cost across the Clinical Spend landscape • Identify key stakeholders and establish ongoing relationships • Create multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams based on input from key stakeholders • Educate and orient client Value Analysis Team members regarding processes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary Value Analysis Team Chairs, Champions, and Team members • Conduct Value Analysis Committee Chairperson preparation and ongoing follow-up • Facilitate consensus among clinical stakeholders • Review clinical spend landscapes and identify opportunities • Collaborate with our Premier colleagues to provide One Premier solutions • Review new product or product change requests, coordinate trials and evaluations • Identify utilization and waste reduction opportunities • Develop meeting agendas, create data presentations, develop and manage project plans
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of applicable experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 3+ years combined clinical experience in a procedural or critical care hospital setting
- Direct Value Analysis experience
- Experience in analyzing healthcare processes toward improving patient outcomes
- Experience analyzing data, utilizing excel
- Experience creating PPT presentations
- Required Certifications/Licensing CVAHP, preferred or attained within 2 years of hire
