Job Requirements

  • An Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related program.
  • 2+ years of sales experience demonstrating the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding measurable performance goals.
  • Technical aptitude to master Salesforce and any implemented technology for BDR team.
  • Experience within a quota-driven environment is a plus.
  • Competence in handling objections through superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills.
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
