About The Job We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Creative Editor with entertainment marketing experience who knows how to craft truly thumb-stopping work on social. From fast-paced, platform-native TikToks to highly polished hero assets with elevated motion design, you instinctively know how to hook an audience and keep them watching. If you live at the intersection of storytelling and fandom, we would love to hear from you! Diving deeper in the role, we’re looking for someone who comes from a creative agency background, with hands-on experience editing best-in-class content. It’s important that this new teammate is fluent in Adobe Premiere and can confidently jump into After Effects when needed, but most importantly, you’re a compelling storyteller who can elevate a piece with motion, not the other way around. This is a remote position and will require strong self-management, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate, curious, and excited to do some of the best work of their career! What You'll Do - Lead video editing for social-first and digital creative assets - Work directly with our Creative Director and producers to support day-to-day production needs - Create content across consumer product, influencer, talent, and social campaigns - Contribute to presentation design (Google Slides) and business development decks - Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions Who You Are - Has a strong reel/portfolio with agency experience (entertainment-focused a plus) - Is a storytelling editor with expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite - Understands sound design and can handle light motion graphics in After Effects (keying, kinetic text, compositing) - Is fluent in TikTok and Instagram content trends, tools, and formats - Bonus if you can capture short-form content using an iPhone or DSLR with a polished eye - Is highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines using tools like Trello, Airtable, or Monday.com - Can export and package digital deliverables for various platforms and formats (.MOV, .MP4, .WAV, .MP3) - Is familiar with review tools such as Frame.io, BOX, and similar platforms - Has a strong pulse on fandom culture, fashion, comics, and superheroes and major IPs.
