Role Description This is your opportunity to join the Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As the Director, Global Pricing, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Global Pricing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing Solutions, you will lead the strategies and evolution of pricing capabilities across multiple revenue streams, customer segments, and business channels. How You Will Make an Impact Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. - Collaborate with global Commercial and Revenue Management leaders to shape the vision and strategy for evolution of Revenue Management discipline across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Collaborate with Project, Technology, and vendor partners to recommend and prioritize innovative solutions for Pricing capabilities. - Provide frequent verbal and written updates to senior leadership on strategic plans, risk and opportunity assessments, and performance evaluation of pricing initiatives. - Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. What projects you will take ownership of: - Define a comprehensive 3–5-year strategic roadmap for pricing solutions. This roadmap should address people, process, and technology improvements. Contribute to vendor management to ensure the successful delivery and integration of new best-in-class products across all business channels. - Support new growth partnerships to support future-state Pricing and Revenue Management (RM) needs, ensuring understanding of evolving industry standards and strategic objectives. - Champion the integration of AI technologies into pricing strategies and user experiences, to enhance decision-making and maximize revenue opportunities. Role Description The Channel Account Director, Trade will report to the Sr. Director, Head U.S. Market Access and will work collaboratively with Market Access Supply Chain & Trade colleagues to manage business relationships with Specialty Distributor, Specialty Pharmacy, Ambulatory Infusion Centers, AIC GPOs and Home Infusion providers. The objective of the position is to minimize NSP product access barriers and accentuate trade access opportunities. This role will manage transactional pull-through needs of negotiated contracts and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to optimize patient access to NSP products. This individual contributor role will work with their accounts to build KPIs & metrics and then communicate updates & insights to the NS Pharma Commercial Market Access leadership team.
