Job Requirements
- Fluent in **French and English** (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in **Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B outbound sales**
- Experience selling in **logistics, freight, supply chain, or SaaS** is highly preferred
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The job details are as follows: The Sales Development Consultant will support OCLC Library Services by: Identifying and qualifying new and emerging business opportunities from new and existing OCLC member libraries. Responsibilities: - Generating sales from qualified prospects and customers. - Building prospect/customer interest and adoption by providing OCLC product tutorials -- focusing on product functionality and utilization of product supporting resources to library customers. - Complete standard and ad hoc projects on behalf of the Library Services Organization. - Assist Regional sales representatives with in-office activities to support the sales cycle.
