Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation within the logistics and supply chain sector. This is a high-impact remote sales role where you will engage with decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience, excellent French communication skills, and a passion for logistics, SaaS, or B2B sales. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach - Identify and qualify potential clients within the logistics, freight, and supply chain industries - Engage with French-speaking decision-makers and articulate the company’s value proposition - Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives - Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies - Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to activity levels and pipeline generation

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B outbound sales
  • Experience selling in logistics, freight, supply chain, or SaaS is highly preferred
  • Strong cold calling, email outreach, and objection-handling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
