- 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Promo Manager or related roles within the iGaming industry);
- Proven experience in designing promo mechanics;
- Experience developing user engagement strategies through gamification, loyalty programs, and related mechanics;

- Market research and competitor analysis experience;
- Understanding of working with different user segments;
- Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, and external vendors;

- 📅 Your daily adventures include:
- Development and Implementation of Promo Activities:
- Design the conditions and mechanics for new promo features;
- Communicate with product teams regarding implementation of functionality;
- Set up tasks for teams involved in promo rollouts;
- Prepare technical specifications, timelines, and oversee execution;
- Configure bonus conditions in the relevant systems;
- Contribute to the creation of regular bonus conditions and promo calendars;
- Assist in calculations, setup, and analysis of various promotions (loyalty programs, referral programs, etc.);
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns;
- Maintain documentation and take part in joint promo planning.
- Analytics and Optimization:
- Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of launched promo activities;
- Generate reports on activity outcomes;
- Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for new mechanics.
- Communication and Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with analysts, designers, CRM, game managers, and product teams;
- Maintain effective communication through Slack, Asana, and Jira;
- Coordinate timely execution of tasks related to promo or gamification.
- Quality Control and Finalization:
- Perform final checks before launching activities;
- Ensure consistency in content, design, and bonus configuration.

Job Details PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Practice Management - Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians; - Review patient status and assist the prescribing physician to complete patient enrolment, prepare payer forms to access public or private coverage by reviewing patient charts, documenting previous therapies and tests in order to complete the payer forms; - Identify obstacles to obtaining coverage and channel this information to the Program Manager; - Develop strong working relationships with physicians and physician office staff, providing additional office support to ensure smooth maintenance of patients enrolled in the program as needed; - Proactively provide assistance to resolve issues with regards to assigned physicians; - Provide training to physicians and clinics on program and new initiatives approved by the manufacturer; - Acts as a liaison and provide ongoing feedback to the Program Manager based on observations in the field and feedback from physicians as it pertains to quality of services, training, and other areas of importance; - Complete all relevant reports (program specific reports, expenses, etc.) as per specified timelines and as per required standards.
