Growth & CRM Designer Job Type: Remote, Part-Time (US Hours) Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Growth & CRM Designer to support the execution and localization of email and CRM campaigns across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all CRM assets—across languages and regions—are visually cohesive, on-brand, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities - Adapt and localize existing email and CRM designs across multiple languages while maintaining strict brand consistency - Reflow typography, layouts, and visual elements to accommodate different character lengths and language structures - Ensure all localized assets remain visually cohesive and aligned with brand standards - Deliver pixel-perfect designs across all formats and exports - Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets - Manage multiple design versions simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Maintain organization and accuracy across files, iterations, and deliverables

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, fashion, or design-led brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality control skills
  • Advanced typography skills with a solid understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and composition
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and multilingual design adaptation
  • Basic understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing

ArenaNet is looking for a Contract Senior Systems Designer with expertise in progression and rewards to help define and implement high-quality features and systems that support gameplay and player progression for an unannounced project built in Unreal Engine 5. Strong experience working on interfaces using UMG. - Strong understanding of player behaviors, core gameplay loops, game economies, and progression systems. - Ability to implement and iterate content using engine tools, scripting systems, or visual scripting. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-disciplinary teams. - Data-informed and goal/result-driven mindset.
