Inventory Senior Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Quallent Responsibilities - Backup to Supervisor when out - Must be flexible on scheduled shift and able to work OT when necessary - Manage all Quallent functions after 2:00 PM and during periods when the Supervisor is not available. - Ensure adherence to FEFO requirements - Investigate and resolve overages, shortages, and discrepancies - Oversee inbound and outbound shipments - Verify inventory statuses for accuracy and compliance Inventory Responsibilities - Provide overall inventory oversight and support daily operational continuity. - Develop and maintain monthly inventory calendars - Ensure all inventory zones are counted each month in accordance with established processes. - Manage Clean Harbors materials as required - Reconcile/research variances found during cycles and/or customer inquiries - Cell stock Replenishments - Controlled Substance Delivery notifications - Receiving Double Checks - Manage daily workflow and team members - Leads department when leader is away - Assist with audits when requested. Mainly research and pulling supporting documentation - Back up for all adjustments - Establish Cycle Count rotation each month - Performs related duties as required - Assist leader with employee 1 on 1 metrics Qualifications: High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. 2 – 3 years of experience; Inventory related job functions. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office: word, outlook, excel. Knowledge of AS400/TPS preferred. Must be detail oriented and pay close attention to accuracy. Ability to understand mathematical conversions. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions related to inventory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Role Description The Diagnostic Related Groups (DRG) Clinical Auditor will be responsible for performing DRG validation (clinical/coding) reviews of medical records and/or other documentation. This role will determine correct DRG/coding as defined by review methodologies specific to the type of review. This involves completing medical record reviews, accurately documenting findings and non-findings and providing clinical/policy/regulatory support for the determination. This role will utilize their experience with ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines, the ability to understand modern pharmacology, disease management and clinical intervention procedures. The ideal DRG Clinical Auditor candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, clinical knowledge of disease processes, and knowledge of medical necessity rules. - The Clinical Auditor will review medical records to determine accuracy of billing through verification of coding and review of supporting clinical documentation. - Conduct audits to ensure accurate reimbursement and identifying potential savings. - Demonstrated knowledge of ICD-10-CM codes, PCS and DRG coding, understanding of payer rules and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid. - Understand and comply with all internal and external policies. - Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. - Assist Quality Control team and medical director with appeals, rebuttals, etc. - Notify leadership of any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Additional duties as assigned.
