About the Role Key customer activities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for the work stream and being a great partner to your direct customer counterpart, as well as project leadership and executives within the customer organization - Owning and leading change-related activities including, but not limited to, partner identification, change impact analysis, communications planning, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement - Hands-on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition to Workday for key end-users - Maintaining the change management project plan tasks and providing mentorship to the customer on how these activities are impacted by functional achievements within the Workday methodology Internal contributions will include: - Supporting ongoing innovation of the service offering and change management practice through contribution to team Objectives and Key Results (OKRS) - Participate in business development activities including estimating, drafting RFP responses, presenting our service to prospective customer leadership, and drafting SOW language - Lend expertise to ad-hoc internal initiatives where change management insight is required About You Basic Qualifications - 5+ years experience working with or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, FinancialForce or similar applications - 5+ years experience in HCM Deployment or Change Management on large transformation programmes that have included the following: HCM, Procurement or Supply Chain Management - 5+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Other Qualifications - Ability to guide customer in strategic conversations and provide tactical, day-to-day support - Thrive delivering a thoughtful, consultative approach to change management that results in outstanding experiences for our customers - Experienced in leading others through changes to the way they work and how they interact with enterprise technology (strong preference for Workday-related experience) - Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer-facing environment - Ability to travel up to 50% (under normal circumstances) Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
