Job Requirements

  • Fluent level of Korean and English
  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
  • Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating the next steps.

Role Overview: The Breeder Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with pet breeders to introduce and sign them up to the Protection System. This role is responsible for both bringing new breeders into the system and ensuring they become active by submitting their first litter. It is a phone-based, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is articulate, coachable, confident on the phone, and strong at building trust and follow-through. Prior sales experience is not essential.
