Who The Client Is: This client operates in the Australian pet space, focusing on helping breeders and pet owners add an extra layer of security when placing animals in new homes. Their model centers around a protection-style program that supports both parties, aiming to reduce risk, build trust, and create a smoother handover process. They take a relationship-led approach, keeping things simple, practical, and easy to adopt, while giving breeders a structured way to stand behind the animals they place. Role Overview: The Breeder Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with pet breeders to introduce and sign them up to the Protection System. This role is responsible for both bringing new breeders into the system and ensuring they become active by submitting their first litter. It is a phone-based, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is articulate, coachable, confident on the phone, and strong at building trust and follow-through. Prior sales experience is not essential. We are open to candidates from customer service, administration, appointment-setting, or similar backgrounds, provided they have excellent communication skills, strong coachability, and a willingness to follow a proven process.
