Tasks to solve: - Take the lead in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing standard civil law contracts, mostly labor-related and service agreements (APAC, EU, other countries of company presence); - Conducting communications upon request and obtaining primary documents and information necessary for the preparation of contracts and related documents; - Drafting of the addendums and additional agreements on various kinds of changes to labor-related and service agreements; - Keep company’s contracts and related documentation organized and up to date, ensuring everything runs smoothly; - Advising colleagues on terms of contracts; - Coordination, signing and support of contractual documents, registration of contracts in Salesforce; - Drafting of labor and service agreements related Certificates/ Confirmation Letters: Certificates for visa application or Confirmation Letters, Certificates for bank, Employment confirming Certificates, Certificates confirming the existence of Service agreement for different authorities; - Collaborate and engage with other admin projects within the team. - Conduct research on labour law and employment regulations Requirements: - You are experienced in civil law and in contract drafting; - You have a good knowledge of administrative workflows standards; - Higher legal education will be a plus; - You have a solid command of English at a B2-C1 level; - You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail; - You have good communication skills; - You enjoy teamwork and can effectively interact with various departments; - You are comfortable using PC and MS office software; - Knowing Salesforce will be a plus Why choose Group-IB: - Your happiness is important to us.
