• Identity is a critical dependency across the Reddit Ads stack • The Identity Infrastructure pod owns systems that sit directly on the hot path for attribution, measurement, and ads delivery • Provide clear technical ownership and direction for Identity Infrastructure • Set architectural standards, guide the evolution of our identity graph and matching systems • Build solutions that scale with the business while meeting reliability and privacy requirements • Resolve, link, and serve user identity across Reddit Ads • Build foundational infrastructure that directly impacts ads performance, privacy resiliency, and platform scale • Serve as the technical lead for the Identity Infrastructure pod

• Apply knowledge of debuggers, binary instrumentation and computer architecture to enhance existing compute debugger tools and libraries, and extend them to new use cases • Develop compute debugger tools for GPUs running on Linux, Windows, and embedded operating systems • Work with tools, compiler, architecture and driver teams to design, implement and verify new features in the compute debugger and CUDA Debugger API • Work closely with internal and external partners including other peer organizations within NVIDIA • Effectively estimate and prioritize tasks in order to create a realistic delivery schedule • Write fast, effective, maintainable, reliable, and well-documented code • Provide peer reviews to other engineers • Document requirements and designs, and review documents with teams throughout NVIDIA • Mentor junior engineers

• Design, implement, and operate cloud platform services that provide GPU‑accelerated IaaS on top of Kubernetes and KubeVirt. • Develop and extend Kubernetes and KubeVirt components (e.g., operators/controllers, CRDs, device plugins) to support GeForce NOW and new NVIDIA hardware platforms. • Drive the underlying technology stack: influence architecture, coding standards, observability, and deployment methodology for high‑scale, high‑availability services. • Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and other engineering teams to deliver new capabilities end‑to‑end, including leading design discussions and aligning engineering leads on architecture and technology choices. • Lead performance tuning, scalability improvements, and pervasive automation across the stack (provisioning, testing, deployment, operations). • Own and document system and software architecture, designs, and implementation details for the services you build. • Mentor engineers on the team and help foster a culture of engineering excellence, learning, and collaboration.

• Serve as your Pod’s domain subject matter expert (SME) and be proficient with other areas of the Smartsheet ecosystem • Support customers and peers to resolve technical issues and meet team goals/SLAs in alignment with the Support mission and core values • Serve as your team’s technical escalation point; act as the conduit to the Product and Engineering teams • Provide technical consulting, case reviews and quality assessments, internal knowledge base management • Assist with technical mentorship and contribute to growing overall domain knowledge within the team • Partner with Pod manager and individuals/team to monitor, collaborate, and participate in your team’s case queue to ensure targets are met • Participate in the triaging & monitoring of escalation requests from our internal partner organizations • Provide occasional on-call responsibilities, act as primary communication point of contact during application incidents • Identify areas for improvement to Support process and tools; as well as the Smartsheet application, API, and our various apps and integrations • Actively engage in the release readiness process, evaluating new features and changes • Additional Duties as assigned
