Overview Play a vital role in advancing NOAA's research-to-operations mission by supporting the coordination, documentation, and communication of R&D transition strategy activities across the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR). We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Transition Coordinator to provide comprehensive programmatic, administrative, and content support to OAR's Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) and the Test Bed Proving Ground Coordination Committee (TBPGCC). Working closely with OAR leadership, you will manage stakeholder communications, develop strategic and educational materials, maintain web-based platforms, and support the logistics of national and regional meetings that advance NOAA's R&D transition goals. This position requires strong writing and analytical skills, experience with web content management, and the ability to synthesize complex policy and technical information into clear, actionable products for diverse audiences.
