Résumé du poste Trackforce recherche un(e) Directeur/Directrice de la conception produit SaaS visionnaire pour définir et diriger la stratégie de conception de bout en bout de notre plateforme mondiale. Il s'agit d'un rôle de leadership transformationnel, dont la mission est d'élever l'ensemble de l'expérience produit — de la conception des interfaces et de l'architecture des systèmes à la stratégie d'utilisabilité, en passant par la consolidation des applications et l'innovation centrée sur le client. Vous bâtirez et développerez une fonction de conception moderne en partant de zéro, en intégrant profondément le design au cœur du développement produit, tout en façonnant l'apparence, le ressenti et la performance de notre plateforme sur le web, le mobile et les interfaces émergentes. Ce rôle va bien au-delà de l'UX traditionnelle : il englobe une conception produit holistique, incluant l'agencement des applications et les flux de travail, la cohérence entre les produits, la recherche utilisateur, les systèmes de design, l'optimisation de l'utilisabilité fondée sur les données, et l'instauration d'une démarche de découverte continue. En tant que partenaire clé des équipes de direction Produit et Ingénierie, vous impulserez une expérience utilisateur cohérente, intuitive et évolutive pour une plateforme SaaS complexe et stratégique, utilisée par des agents de terrain et des entreprises à travers le monde. Responsabilités principalesLeadership en conception - Créer la fonction design en partant de zéro — mettre en place les processus, les outils et les standards - Concevoir et maintenir un système de design unifié pour les produits web, mobile et Command Center - Définir la vision UX qui modernisera l'interface Trackforce (en réponse aux retours évoquant un aspect « Windows XP ») - Intégrer le design dans chaque domaine produit — instaurer des trios produit (Chef de produit + Design + Responsable technique) Recherche et découverte - Mener des sessions hebdomadaires de recherche client — entretiens, tests d'utilisabilité, enquêtes contextuelles auprès des agents de sécurité, des dispatcheurs et des responsables opérationnels - Développer une culture de découverte continue : valider les hypothèses avant tout engagement en développement - Synthétiser les données issues des appels Gong, des analyses Pendo et de la recherche directe en recommandations de conception exploitables - Piloter le pipeline de signaux clients, de la recherche jusqu'aux recommandations validées Constitution de l'équipe - Recruter et encadrer un(e) Product Designer (intégré(e) dans les différents domaines) - Recruter et encadrer un(e) User Researcher (validation des hypothèses, recherche via le comité consultatif client) - Accompagner les designers juniors et mettre en place des parcours d'évolution de carrière - Bâtir une culture du design qui concilie rapidité et exigence de qualité Exécution - Livrer des prototypes haute fidélité pour les fonctionnalités entreprise et de gardiennage - Collaborer avec l'ingénierie sur la mise en œuvre du système de design et de la bibliothèque de composants - Assurer le contrôle qualité du design — garantir que les produits livrés respectent l'intention de conception - Promouvoir les standards d'accessibilité et de conception mobile-first pour les agents de terrain Qualifications requises - Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en UX/conception produit, dont plus de 5 ans dans un rôle de leadership - Expérience dans la création d'une fonction design ou d'un système de design en partant de zéro - Portfolio démontrant une maîtrise de la conception de bout en bout : recherche, maquettes filaires, prototypage, systèmes de design, produits livrés en production - Expérience dans la conception de flux de travail complexes pour l'entreprise (et non uniquement des applications grand public) - Expérience en conception mobile-first pour les travailleurs de terrain/sans bureau fixe - Solides compétences en animation d'ateliers — capacité à mener des sessions de recherche, des sprints de conception et des ateliers d'alignement avec les parties prenantes - Maîtrise de Figma et des outils modernes de conception et de prototypage Qualifications souhaitées - Expérience dans les domaines de la sécurité, de la gestion des effectifs, des opérations de terrain ou de la gestion des installations - Expérience dans l'intégration du design avec les outils d'analyse produit (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel) - Expérience au sein d'une entreprise SaaS B2B en forte croissance ou soutenue par un fonds de capital-investissement - Connaissance des normes d'accessibilité WCAG Travailler chez TrackForce Nous offrons un environnement flexible et entièrement à distance afin que vous puissiez harmoniser votre vie personnelle avec le travail fantastique que vous ferez ici. This is a full-time, execution-driven role requiring a balance of hands-on execution, content ideation, and multi-initiative coordination. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Ideation - Create and develop content across social media (short-form & Long Form), Substack / newsletters, client and mentorship communications - Review and ensure quality, tone, and consistency across all content and communications before delivery - Adapt tone and messaging across different brands and clients - Propose content ideas based on trends, platform behavior, and performance - Translate strategic direction into actionable, ready-to-execute content - Continuously suggest improvements in messaging, formats, and distribution - Ensure content supports visibility, engagement, and business objectives across clients and internal initiatives 2. Campaigns, Communication & Community - Support execution of campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives - Draft emails (invites, follow-ups, announcements), campaign messaging and social captions with support of the Marketing and Ops Assistant. - Prepare communications for mentorships and memberships to drive engagement, retention, community growth - Support event marketing invitations, messaging, and promotional materials - Ensure all communications are aligned with brand tone and objectives 3. Planning, Coordination & Client Support - Build and manage content calendars based on team priorities - Coordinate with production, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery - Assist in preparing client-facing materials (presentations, briefs, communications) - Support coordination with external stakeholders and client contacts - Maintain clear workflows, documentation, and alignment across projects - Assist with marketing coordination for events and media initiatives Important: organizes and supports execution, but does not own final publishing or launches 4. Distribution, CRM & Operational Support - Prepare and review content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube), ensuring all pieces are optimized per platform - Support email marketing execution (build, format, basic tracking) - Maintain organized records of contacts, guests, and collaborators in CRM - Track outreach status, confirmations, and follow-ups in coordination with the Project Manager and support of the Marketing & Ops assistant. - Coordinate with Project Manager and Production Lead podcast and media workflows: Guest coordination, asset preparation, content support. - Review all public-facing communication (including mentorships/events), to ensure brand alignment before delivery 5.
