Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and partnerships. What You Will Bring as A Web & Search Specialist 5–7 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4). Hands-on experience with technical SEO (crawlability, site speed, structured data, XML sitemaps). Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent. Expert-level familiarity with WordPress. Comfortable working with HTML/CSS basics to recommend and implement SEO/GEO improvements. Excellent analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Understanding of AI search engines (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Claude) and emerging GEO strategies for them. Preferred experience with B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies. Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) is preferred. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Proven experience working with US-based business teams. Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi.
