System Analyst – Workday Absence & Time Tracking
AUTO1 Group
• Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules • Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues • Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout • Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
- Experience with system testing and release management
- Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management
- Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies

• Responsible for the filing of insurance products with state departments of insurance • Build relationships with State Departments of Insurance • Prepare and submit rule and form filings through SERFF • Monitor filing progress and communicate filing status • Collaborate on company exception pages with Product Management and Enterprise Analytics • Serve as company liaison between State Insurance Departments and UFG on filing related regulatory compliance.
