Title: Connected Deposits Manager Location: Easton Ops Cols C Oh Full time Job Description: Summary The TM Service & Onboarding Specialist – Connected Deposits is responsible for ensuring all Treasury Management (TM) services required to support Connected Deposits customers are properly set up, activated, and documented. This role works in close conjunction with the Connected Deposits Solutions Consultant, who owns customer solutioning, technical implementation, and Connected Deposits platform setup. While the Solutions Consultant configures the Connected Deposits product itself, this role ensures the surrounding TM ecosystem (accounts, documentation, service requests, entitlements, limits, and operational readiness) is complete and aligned for a successful go‑live. The role is operationally focused, process‑driven, and designed to support scalable, repeatable onboarding as Connected Deposits grows.
